Diagnostic care should be reachable by everyone, including people using assistive technology. This is what we have built, and how to tell us where we have fallen short.

This website is built to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA.
Semantic HTML with a single main landmark, a skip link to main content, and headings that follow a logical order on every page.
Full keyboard operability, with a visible focus indicator on every interactive element, and arrow-key navigation in tabbed interfaces.
ARIA states on disclosure and tab components so screen readers announce what is expanded or selected, and live regions that announce the outcome of a form submission.
Text and interface colours chosen to meet WCAG AA contrast against their backgrounds, with information never conveyed by colour alone.
Text alternatives on images, and decorative graphics hidden from assistive technology.
Respect for the operating system's reduced-motion setting: all scroll animations, counters and marquees stop when reduced motion is requested.
Form fields with associated labels, clear required-field marking, and errors announced and linked to the field they concern.
Embedded Google Maps frames are third-party content and we do not control their internal accessibility. Every map is accompanied by the branch address in text and a direct link, so no information is available only inside a map.
The secure client portal is a separate system; its accessibility is being assessed separately.
