Your diagnostic information is confidential. This notice explains how Everight handles patient records, test results and the boundary between our website and our clinical systems.
Last updated: To be confirmed on approval
This website collects only what is needed to arrange an appointment or answer an enquiry — your name, contact details, chosen centre and service.
Please do not enter symptoms, diagnoses, medical history or test results into any form on this site. If you need to discuss clinical matters, call the centre handling your care.
Diagnostic results are released through Everight's secure client portal and through the centre that carried out your investigation. Access requires authentication.
Results are never published on this website, never included in a website URL, and never sent to analytics or advertising services.
Your diagnostic records are accessible to the Everight clinical and laboratory staff involved in producing and reporting your result, and to the clinician who referred you.
[To confirm with Everight: the internal access-control policy governing which roles can view patient records, and the audit logging applied.]
Where screening is arranged and paid for by an employer, what is reported back to that employer is limited to the outcome agreed in the screening programme.
[To confirm with Everight: exactly what is disclosed to employers under retainership and pre-employment screening arrangements, and the consent obtained from the individual.]
[To confirm with Everight: the retention period for laboratory, imaging and molecular records, aligned to MLSCN, RRBN and ISO 15189 requirements.]
You may request a copy of your diagnostic records, ask for demographic details to be corrected, and ask questions about how your information has been used.
Requests are verified before any record is released, so that no one can obtain your results by impersonating you.
